Daily Rate: £95 - £105
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30am - 3:45pm

Long Term Futures Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity to join a mainstream primary school in Bordesley Green, B9 as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This rewarding role involves working closely with students in small groups, helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including ASD and ADHD.
Plan and deliver engaging, tailored activities to meet individual pupil needs.
Provide targeted interventions, such as phonics and reading, to enhance learning outcomes.
Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work with individuals or small groups of pupils within the classroom to ensure their success.

Requirements:

A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or degree.
Experience working with children, preferably within a school setting.
Experience supporting students with SEN and adapting learning activities to meet their needs.
A proactive, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting students.
