Your New Opportunity This role is all about offering support to our AV sales teams, by completing administration tasks and speaking directly with customers.
We'll expect you to: Manage order and processing tasks, including receiving purchase orders, handling quote requests, and coordinating with account managers for accurate processing.
Oversee the daily delivery checklist to ensure orders are invoiced, dispatched and tracked, addressing any delays through customer service and raising necessary support tickets Generate and distribute daily sales reports, maintain the call statistics tracker, sharing detailed call performance data with account managers biweekly.
