The Role: Own the Path to $100M ARR As our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will: Drive Global Expansion: Lead the charge in taking us from 20 to 1,000 customers within 12–18 months, laying the foundation to scale to over 10,000 clients within three years, and driving annual recurring revenue (ARR) past $100M.
Craft and Execute Strategy: Develop and implement a global go-to-market strategy targeting CEOs and leaders across the UK, North America, Europe, Asia, and beyond.
Build and Foster Communities: Expand our model of hosting exclusive events and gatherings for growth-minded CEOs, fostering trust and meaningful connections.
Accelerate Growth: Utilize growth hacking techniques and rapid-scaling methodologies to penetrate new markets and achieve exponential customer acquisition.
Own Revenue Generation: Drive top-line growth through innovative SaaS sales strategies, strategic partnerships, and community-building efforts.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the founding team to shape our product offerings, messaging, and market strategies in alignment with our core values.
Lead and Inspire Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales and revenue team as the company scales.
What We're Looking For Entrepreneurial Spirit: You have experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or founder and understand the unique challenges leaders face when scaling businesses.
Growth Expertise: Proven track record in rapid scaling, growth hacking, and building engaged professional communities.
SaaS and Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of the digital landscape with experience in selling SaaS solutions or technology services.
Global Perspective: Experience driving growth across multiple regions, including the UK, North America, Europe, and Asia.
Strategic and Hands-On Leader: Ability to balance high-level strategic vision with practical, on-the-ground execution; you're willing to roll up your sleeves.
