Private Client Legal Secretary or Paralegal – Exciting Opportunity with Scope for Growth Location: Coventry – Hybrid option 1 day a week Salary: Up to £, per annum Are you an experienced legal secretary / paralegal with aspirations to grow your career in the legal field?

We are seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary / Paralegal to join a dedicated and supportive team.
This role is for someone with prior legal experience, who is looking for a long-term opportunity to develop and potentially qualify in the legal profession.
If you have a law degree, that's even better
What You'll Do Provide essential administrative and secretarial support to our team of lawyers.Sit in on client meetings and attend home visits alongside our team to deliver outstanding service.Manage a range of tasks, from diary management to document preparation, ensuring a seamless client experience.
While you'll initially focus on supporting our legal professionals, there is significant scope to take on more responsibilities and develop your own caseload in the future.
What We're Looking For Experience: Prior experience within a law firm, ideally in private client work.Qualifications: A law degree or similar legal qualifications are highly desirable.Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.Probate Knowledge: Experience with probate work is an advantage but not a necessity.Flexibility: While we offer hybrid working, the role requires regular office attendance due to the nature of the work.
