Training is offered for the right candidates, and experience in the construction industry is a bonus.
What You'll Do: Provide high-quality support to apprentices, helping them reach their goals on time.
Build and maintain professional relationships with employers to ensure seamless training and assessment—and secure repeat business.
Conduct regular learning reviews with apprentices and employers at their workplace to ensure continuous progress is being made.
Assist in onboarding new students through the interview process and induction sessions.
Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to support apprentices' overall learning and development.
What They're Looking For: Experience in apprenticeship delivery is desirable, but full training is provided to exceptional candidates.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with both apprentices and employers.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A commitment to providing outstanding training and support to apprentices.
Please note, this role will require regular travel to organisations around Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties, so it is essential that you hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to your own transport.
