You'll become the face of the company, sharing your mission and vision with the world, and connecting with diverse communities and key partners.
This is an opportunity to shape the future of mental health for both the BIPOC community and help evolve the model of 'Western Wellness', plus to make an enduring impact in the field of wellness and social change globally.

You're not afraid to dream and take risks in the name of impact.
Growth & Marketing Savvy: Experience in building growth channels and distribution for consumer-focused apps.
You know how to create buzz, build traction, and turn first-time users into dedicated community members.
Passionate about Mental Health & Social Change: Deeply committed to mental health equity, social healing, and creating solutions that work for real people.
Self-Starter & Relentlessly Committed: Excited to lead with a lean, startup mentality.
This role requires a long-term vision, tenacity, and dedication to building the company from the ground up.
Comfortable with Equity-Based Compensation: Willing to join at a founder level with equity as primary compensation, with a shared focus on future fundraising to secure salaries.
Why Join SPOKE?
