The busy ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport is on the hunt for an F&B Guest Service Manager  to look after our guests and lead and support the F&B team on shift. Working fulltime  40 hours a week youll be a visible presence in the lounge; serving and welcoming guests taking orders supporting the team and looking for opportunities to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience working frontofhouse in a hotel or highstreet restaurant in a supervisory role. Youll have a friendly demeanour be efficient and reliable and know how to inspire your colleagues by setting a great example. In addition to directing and managing the F&B team youll do Duty Management stock ordering and rota planning. Were a multiskilled team so youll also support the Reception team and other Operational areas.
Our hotel has over 160 bedrooms and welcomes international guests business travellers families conference delegates and people heading off on holiday so it can be a bustling and vibrant hotel. As Guest Service Manager youll be key to ensuring that they enjoy a great dining experience during their visit and will want to come back again soon As youll be serving alcohol we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
