Divisional Business Planning

Job overview The post holder will support delivery of the Divisional Business Plan by providing managerial leadership to the Business Planning processes within the Division to ensure delivery of high quality, effective, and cost-efficient services, supporting business case development, implementation, and benefits realisation.
Main duties of the job Working with the Division Team, Directorate Triumvirates and Corporate teams, the post holder will lead on all elements of the Divisional Business Care Pipeline.Support the Directorates in the development of cases, ensuring the case reflects value for money, high quality care and aligns to the Directorate/Division and Trust Strategy.Tracks implementation of agreed cases, ensuring that the case is delivered within the scope of the Business Case.Undertakes a process of benefit realisation, to ensure the benefits of any service development are realised, reporting back to the Divisional team any areas of missed opportunity.Maintain an effective relationship with the Trust Corporate Business Planning team to ensure the Corporate Services are aware of the Divisional Business Plan, and that the Division are kept up to date with the corporate strategy and approach with regards to Business Planning processes.Support the preparation of the Divisional Annual Business Plan Working for our organisation Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country.
