Work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) to ensure their participation and success in all activities.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their goals.
What We're Looking For: A strong commitment to supporting children's educational growth and well-being.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Experience in a school setting, ideally in a teaching or support role, with HLTA qualification preferred.
An adaptable and flexible approach to working with different age groups and learning styles.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
