Working as a memberof the senior leadership team, the role holder will deliver on specific servicedevelopment and transformation projects in line with organisational and ICSpriorities, such as the NHS Long Term Plan.
A key role willbe to leading the transformation team in support our services as we movetowards the mobilisation of our new clinical model, also being accountable forre-shaping the transformation team to ensure the right level of support is inplace to embed the new clinical model.
Main duties of the job Responsibility fordeveloping and delivering programmes of work, using highly developed projectmanagement skills to develop and improve services for children and young peopleacross Devon and Torbay.
Ensure that servicedevelopments and projects are co-produced with service users, carers and widerstakeholders.In collaboration with CFHD Directors and Heads of Services, lead the delivery of local transformation andservice development plans Work to identify anddevelop new development opportunities and take a role in leading incomegeneration across CFHD.
Provide assurance thatdevelopments are consistent with, and deliver on, strategies and other keyobjectives as defined by the service, commissioners, NHS England or other keyagencies.Work closely with the participation lead to support engagement withservice users and their carers in the transformation processAssess and scope opportunities for new business and income generationincluding co-production of business plans for enhancing care for children andyoung people and the financial opportunities to develop budgetsIdentify and co-develop new service delivery and innovative practicemodels to ensure that we provide cutting edge services for children in DevonEnsure that programmes of work achieve cultural and transformationchange aligned to national and local policy drivers.

Develop a robust evaluation methodology to ensure thatall service Development interventions are delivering the Child and FamilyHealth Devon business objectives.
To work with system partners as needed, toimplement Child and Family Health developments, ensuring integrated andsustainable models of care.
Lead on the delivery of Quality Improvement andAssurance processes, ensuring clinical effectiveness, patient safety and patientexperience processes are embedded across the system.
To ensure appropriate,timely and accurate reporting, as required Ensure that service developmentplans are informed by learning from incidents, complaints and best practice Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to Masters level or equivalent level experience of working at a senior level in specialist area.
Extensive knowledge of service development and change management acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience to Masters level equivalent.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
Experience Essential Experience of leading service development and change across the organisation and externally Proven experience of working at a senior level in specialist area.
Extensive experience of working in a constantly changing environment Experience of leading and motivating staff, ensuring the planning and delivery of a range of work programmes within agreed timescales.
Experience of managing complex organisational projects against challenging timescales in pressured clinical services.
Desirable Experience of presenting to the organisation at high level ( Director/Board level).
