We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in The New Bungalow as Support Workers.

As a Support Worker, you will: Help residents identify and achieve their personal goals and ambitions Provide practical and personal support in a caring, approachable, and person-centred manner.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver a safe, high-quality, and inclusive service.
Work flexible shifts, including early and late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, as part of a weekly rota.
This role will also include sleep-in shifts.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine desire to support others in transforming their lives.
What you'll need: Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude A commitment to providing quality care and support Willingness to work towards a Level 2 Diploma (or higher) in Health & Social Care Basic IT knowledge and computer skills A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to work No previous experience of qualifications are required.
