**Responsibilities**:

- Provide counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups
- Assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services for clients
- Conduct home visits and participate in case conferences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for others
- Ability to assess and evaluate client needs
- Knowledge of social work theories and practices
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Mentoring skills to guide and support less experienced social workers
- Supervising skills to oversee the work of other social workers

As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support, guidance, and resources to individuals, families, and groups in need. Your responsibilities will include counseling, assessment, advocacy, coordination of services, and maintaining accurate records. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to assess client needs. Additionally, mentoring and supervising skills are valuable as you may be required to guide and oversee the work of other social workers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
