The Role: As a Social Worker, youll manage a caseload of varying complexities, providing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of actions that promote the welfare of children and families.
Your responsibilities will include: Handling diverse and complex Children & Families cases.
Partnering with statutory, private, and voluntary agencies to secure positive outcomes.
Producing high-quality assessments, reports, and care plans while adhering to best practices and relevant legislation.
Staying updated on child development theories and their application to practice.
Representing childrens welfare in court when required.
Supporting foster carers and adoptive parents in specialised teams (where applicable).
Contributing to training initiatives and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
What Were Looking For: Qualifications: Degree in Social Work (DipSW or equivalent).
Registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
