Position: RestaurantManager Employer: Fine Dining restaurant Location: Grantham, England Gross OTE Salary package: circa £36,000 ( + share of serv.
chge + targeted bonus) Weekly working hours / days 48 hours /5 days Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employers workplace pension, employee care and wellbeing initiatives + more Your role covers a range of duties, including administrative, leadership, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with the position.
Main function is to implement optimal and efficient management and delivering polished customer experience that befitsa prestige upscale restaurant.
To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: Eligibility to live and work in UK Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills Computer literacy Sound financial + business acumen Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour In addition, youshould also have following attributes: - Performance, achievement and results driven Have an eye for detail Possess an empathic and pleasing personality Able to work well with others A creative, energetic and passionate hospitality professional A hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platforms Bachelors or masters degree in hospitality management Personal alcohol licence Sound health and fitness FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK AT SPEED AND UNDER PRESSURE Boost your chances of being shortlisted by sending a short personal video introduction to supplement your CV.
