We seek someone warm, positive, creative, and accountable, capable of building positive, trusting relationships with clients, families, staff, and partner agencies.
  In this role, you'll manage a caseload of corporate appointeeships, handling benefit claims, bank accounts, and budgeting for individuals who cannot manage these tasks themselves.
A keen interest in financial inclusion and the DWP benefits system is essential.
You should be self-motivated, with a passion for rules and regulations and how they can be leveraged to benefit our clients.
  This role requires regular regional travel.
