Student Welfare Specialist

Reddish Hall School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 5 to 18, catering for pupils with social emotional and mental health difficulties, with a high proportion of pupils who have a diagnosis of ASC. Our dedicated team work together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.
We are looking for an outstanding Student Welfare Specialist, with relevant qualifications (GCSE'S A-C Including Maths and English (or equivalent)) and experience of working with students in a school environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties, contributing to the Safeguarding ethos in school, undertaking structured learning activities, and developing students' competence and independence in ICT use.
