Account / Operations Director (Events), Bristol – Up to £45K Are you an Account / Operations Director with excellent events experience?
This agency are extremely strong in the events and festival market.
They're growing rapidly, and looking for an Account / Operations Director to help push their agency forward.
This Account / Operations Director will champion and lead their production and bring in new business opportunities and manage the team.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the production and workshop team.
This Account / Operations Director will: - Be the lead client comms, updates and reporting on all production aspects.
- Provide production and logistic budgets to the Campaign Management team from the production and warehouse teams collective quotes.
- Oversee budget management, reporting and reconciliation across all production team members.
- Work alongside the senior management to identify and drive opportunities to grow the agency, including new opportunities for clients, new services, and new trends.
This This Account / Operations Director will have: - At least three years' experience working as an Account Director or similar level within an event agency environment.
- Strong new business acumen with large scale budgets and your own black book of contacts - Excellent production knowledge with previous experience in quoting, material use, build management.
- Experience being the lead to deliver large scale builds and brand activation campaigns from a production perspective - A background in people management and staffing with clear directive on how to best support and grow a core field team.
