Job DescriptionThis role is based at HMP Lincoln - this position involves working 37.5 hours over 7 days (including weekends).
We are looking for a Recovery Worker to join our team at HMP Lincoln.
At HMP Lincoln, we provide free and confidential services without judgement, to people facing challenges with drugs and alcohol.

As a Recovery Worker you will be providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse.
You will have your own caseload, working as part of our team and alongside other social care services to identify how we can help.
You will develop plans with your clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.

Criminal Justice experience is preferential.
We are looking for positive and motivated candidates who are able to communicate with a wide range of people and in different settings.
