Apricus Resourcing are working with a leading charitable organisation, this locum role offers a competitive hourly rate of £20.00, providing a chance to make a tangible difference in the community while working with a respected charity.
The role involves supporting individuals struggling with alcohol misuse, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their recovery goals.
As a Alcohol Worker, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing personalised care plans, providing counselling, and facilitating group therapy sessions.
The position demands a compassionate approach, with a focus on fostering resilience and promoting long-term wellbeing.
Candidates must possess a robust understanding of the issues surrounding alcohol misuse, including the latest treatment modalities.
Experience working within a similar role is essential, as is the ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
You will also need to have experience in completing Triage and comprehensive assessments, all aspects of alcohol case management, PSI work and a good working knowledge of alcohol detoxification.
