Administrator (Training & Scheduling) - fully remote - £28.000 per annum - 12-month contract Key Areas of Responsibility The primary responsibility of a Schedule Manager is to work with the Lead Schedule Manager and ensure that schedule aligns with the company plans.
Additionally the Schedule Manager, as part of a schedule team, will also work: To ensure sounds commercial principles are applied to all events and schedules.
To ensure that trainer utilisation is in line with or exceeds company targets.
To ensure that external trainer day rates are in line with or are below company target.
To maintain the schedule and ensure maximum profitability of events To follow operational process and procedure, allowing efficiently manage low fill events, maximise opportunities and maintain efficiencies.
To maintain sales responsiveness in line with SLA's and respond/assist with all Sales enquiries.
To implement the training schedules in line with AOP.
