Our Client are currently looking for a **Bodyshop Administrator** to join their team based at their **Bracknell** dealership.

As a **Bodyshop Administrator **you will have great customer service skills both over the phone and face to face, alongside having brilliant organisational and planning skills.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to step into a reputable automotive main dealer group.

**A Bodyshop Administrator will**:

- Update customer database to maintain accurate records of work carried out
- Ensure that you deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with customers
- Make outbound calls updating customers and take inbound calls from customers understanding their queries, assisting where possible
- Provide accurate general administration support to the Bodyshop team
- Be able to follow the processes that are needed to make sure that the team runs smoothly

**Your Skills to be a Bodyshop Administrator**
- You must have brilliant customer service skills both over the phone and face to face
- Be computer literate specifically in Outlook and Excel
- Have excellent organisational skills
- You will be a good team player
- Be a proactive and self-motivated person
- Be able to work to targets and under pressure

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
