As the cyber threat landscape continues to evolve, Saepio is growing rapidly to meet the increasing demand for top-notch cybersecurity solutions.
To support our growth, we are recruiting a director of Managed Services to head up our Managed Services division.
What will you be doing?
To lead and manage the existing Managed Services team overseeing the delivery of KnowBe4 security awareness training programs to a diverse client base.
This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity, training methodologies, and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise and prior experience in delivering IT or cyber security managed services to the highest standards at a Managed Services Provider.
This role requires involvement at all levels—from basic operational tasks to high-level strategic planning, ensuring our teams meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver best in class customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will be KPI obsessed and have direct experience working to the best practices and performance metrics required to deliver our services, maintaining our industry leading NPS.
You will have a proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Managed Security Services team, aligning with the overall business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security market.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Operational Management: Oversee all managed services operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of Saepio security services to the highest standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as phishing simulation click-through rates, training completion rates, and time to respond to tickets Monitor NPS to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Work with sales to ensure renewals rate targets are met, and in some cases new client contracts are won.
Manage and optimize the KnowBe4 platform to deliver engaging and effective training content.
Implement robust reporting and analytics to provide insights into training effectiveness and security awareness trends.
Develop IP around the services to provide additional value to clients.
Client Relationship Management: Deliver best in class customer experiences and customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify client needs and develop customized training programs to address their specific requirements.
Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving client retention.
Team Management: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of analysts.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an organised and personable individual with the following skills and experience as essential: Background in IT services or cyber security services The ideal candidate will have proven experience of delivering managed services to a user base of over 300,000 users Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a Managed Service Provider, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
In-depth knowledge of managed service best practices and a track record of delivering services to these standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and team members.
A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering excellent client experiences.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing threat landscape.
A passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to raising awareness and reducing risk.
Desired qualities: Experience with security awareness platforms, such as KnowBe4, is highly desirable.
Experience of obtaining cyber security accreditation or achieving compliance with standards, such as; ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials+, SOC2, GDPR or PCI DSS would be advantageous.
