Role Purpose: This role is ideal for experienced project manager who feels accountability for delivering a SaaS product at scale, by empowering and leading a team to maximise our clients potential use of Dynamic Planner.
Effectively communicate team progress in all relevant forums developing stakeholder confidence through learning the Dynamic Planner product set, developing your understanding of the Financial Advice domain and making a great contribution within our delivery team • Deliver Tactical and Strategic intent of client contracts • Coordinate Client Implementation and professional service activities • Accountable for client implementation project budget and governance • Leading planning and implementation of both internal and external projects to achieve organisational targets • Manages and leads complex / large scale initiatives that span one or multiple business functions • Full project lifecycle ownership: with success including full implementation from initiation to deployment for one or several initiatives simultaneously • Empower and lead cross functional teams to maximise their potential • Client and Third-Party management (at Senior Management level) on applicable projects • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization • Effectively communicate project status and progress in all relevant forums developing stakeholder confidence • Client and Third-Party management (at Senior Management level) on applicable projects or workstreams in UK and Europe KPIs and Measures: • Projects delivered within agreed time and cost and deviations managed through change management process • Positive client feedback • Maximise professional services revenues while ensuring the above two Key Deliverables: • Statement of Work Project plans, RAID log • Project progress reports • Professional respect of stakeholders and clients Key Stakeholders: • Customer Success Teams • Delivery Team Executive Management Team Competencies (knowledge/skills/experience): • 5+ years of experience in cross functional SaaS Implementation and client delivery • Experience in large scale (25+) locally and remotely dispersed indirect resource pools • Proven experience in owning Professional Service (PS) revenue generation • Ability to shape projects (both green-field and progressive projects).
• Self-starter • Team Management • Client and Stakeholder Management • Leadership, creative thinking, decision-making, accountability, determination to succeed, team player • Wealth Management domain knowledge would be advantageous but not essential for the right candidate.
• Flexibility to support European travel in support of business initiatives is a requirement of the role Education & Qualifications • Degree level education • Project management certification Key Responsibilities : • Become the glue between Account, Client and Delivery functions • Provision of client change requests and qualified yes/no (managed via Product, Contracts, Changes etc.)
• Unites all supporting functions to ensure clear message / direction to deliver solution to client • Provides ownership and governance for Client based initiatives including but not limited to Bids / Contract and Client Implementations • Providing clear handover to Account and Support services post implementations • Focus on delivering benefits into Clients, Users and enabling Account / Product Teams to evolve the relationship, embedding ourselves into their business processes • Push to deliver a focussed professional service solution for the client(s), and enabling the relationship to support increase in revenue and reliance on Dynamic Planner • Work with customer success managers to enable them to manage the account, enable Account & Customer Success Managers to focus on the user base pushing improvements, upgrades and up/cross sell the product • Work with / close collaboration with Commercial, PreSales & Account teams • Supports / guides / leads Account and Customer Success Managers through all clients early and late lifecycle phases- engagement, retender and end of life • Manage risk, issues, and dependencies of the projects • Commercial management at appropriate level • Contractual awareness when supporting external clients/third parties • Provide visibility and progress of the projects against the plan to all stakeholders Health & Wellbeing Simplyhealth; AXA (Management) Healthcare; Employee Assistance Programme (& much more)
