Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – Based Wilmslow Basic Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience uncapped OTE Excellent benefits 34 days holidays, pension, perkbox, additional incentives Due to continued expansion, my client is seeking two dynamic Business Development Managers with experience of working within the recruitment or IT/SaaS industry to join a fast-paced growing recruitment technology platform.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have a minimum of one to two years' experience of working in a B2B sales role within Recruitment or IT/SaaS industry with a with good overall knowledge of the challenges trends and best practices.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have a naturally positive attitude with excellent communication and people skills with the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers, with the capacity to prioritise a busy workload while spinning lots of plates.
You will proactively manage a pipeline of recruiter prospects who are fully qualified, self-generate leads through various channels and be responsible for the 360 sales cycle from lead generation through to new customers.
You will be highly proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and demonstrate your ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
