In this role, you will play a key part in meeting operational and regulatory requirements, conducting ongoing reviews, and supporting the onboarding of International Corporate Services (ICS) clients.
Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews.
Prepare Business Acceptance Forms.
Record minutes during Business Acceptance Meetings.
CDD and Periodic Reviews: Review and approve CDD for refreshes or trigger events.
KYC Reviews- Review members CDD in order for distribution to be actioned Complete thorough periodic reviews and risk assessments Reporting and Compliance: Generate Management Information Systems (MIS) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) reports.
Participate in quality assurance, risk management, and compliance projects.
Regulatory Adherence: Follow Risk & Compliance procedures in line with AML regulations.
Maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
General Duties: Uphold company values and behaviours.
