Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new temporary challenge?
Do you have a confident grasp of current employment law?
This role will require a detailed and confident individual to navigate the fast paced and complex environment; the post will require the successful candidate to also handle all their own administration, so you must be happy with this.If you are free at short notice to start and can demonstrate excellent generalist HR experience, this could be the ideal role for youThis is a full-time role and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with one hour unpaid lunchbreak.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis.
This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.Temporary HR Advisor ResponsibilitiesCarrying out critical administrative tasks within the end-to-end recruitment process Arranging interviewsSifting CVsEmployee relations administration and adviceHandling flexible working requestsCase work, to include absences and sicknessLiaising with line managersCorrespondence production (e.g.
contracts, promotions, references, employee relations matters etc.)
