An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Business Partner to join the Human Resources department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.
About the role The HR Business Partner plays a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with business objectives to drive organisational success.
The HR Business Partner ensures the delivery of proactive, forward-thinking HR solutions that enable growth, innovation and employee engagement.
Acting as a consultant to leadership on human resources related matters while fostering high-performance culture and supporting employees at all levels.
What you will do Strategic HR Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, understanding business priorities and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.
Identify and implement initiatives that support business goals and organisational growth.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for leaders and employees, providing guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policies while mitigating risk.
Talent Management: In collaboration with the Organisational Development Lead and Training Lead, partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training and development programs.
Support performance management processes, coaching managers on providing feedback and facilitating employee growth.
Support initiatives to foster employee engagement and enhance organisational culture.
Change Management: Support leaders in managing organisational changes, including restructuring, new initiatives, and cultural shifts.
Coaching managers through the communication of the changes to ensure employee buy-in.
HR Program Delivery: Support and promote the delivery of HR annual programs such as remuneration reviews, performance development cycles, engagement surveys etc.
Identify and deliver on HR improvement programs including policy reviews and the implementation of HR processes.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR analytics to track key metrics, such as turnover, engagement, and productivity, and us insights to inform decision making.
Report on HR initiatives and their impact on business performance.
About you Associate CIPD qualification or higher is advantageous.
Experience in a fast-paced or transformational environment Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, including experience in a business partner or advisory capacity.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
Demonstrated experience in organisational development and change management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate into actional insights.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
