About the Role We require all our staff to be flexible willing to train and adapt to fast changing work environment that requires moving around the following departments.
Glazing, Admin, Despatch, Customer Services.
Pay & Benefits Sunday - Thursday 4:00pm - 12:30am Free Parking £28,680.08 per annum - Starting Salary Modern Working Environment 33 days Annual Leave Entitlement Pension Scheme Roles and Responsibilities To ensure that production schedules are followed, work to the required standards set within the department.
Integrate fully into the team buy into team working ethics Responsible for ensuring work processed within operators role is processed in the correct order, queries or issues of concern relating to processing job orders are reported back to the Department Manager.
To read orders thoroughly, and ensure that all details are understood before processing work.
Must be dextrous as will handling and fitting together and dismantling small delicate products.
Also good eyesight is a key requirement.
Quality awareness and attention to detail are essential to ensure Customer requirements are achieved and we reduce and minimise the costs of wastage Operate Machinery safely following all safety guidelines To read orders thoroughly, and ensure that all details are understood before processing work Requirements & Experience Ability to ensure team performance within production, quality and service standards.
Experience working within a production environment Ability to work to deadlines and organise own workload Ability to use initiative and take appropriate decisions in the absence of management.
