Integrate fully into the team buy into team working ethicsResponsible for ensuring work processed within operators role is processed in the correct order, queries or issues of concern relating to processing job orders are reported back to the Department Manager.To read orders thoroughly, and ensure that all details are understood before processing work.
Must be dextrous as will handling and fitting together and dismantling small delicate products.
Also good eyesight is a key requirement.Quality awareness and attention to detail are essential to ensure Customer requirements are achieved and we reduce and minimise the costs of wastageOperate Machinery safely following all safety guidelinesTo read orders thoroughly, and ensure that all details are understood before processing workRequirements & ExperienceAbility to ensure team performance within production, quality and service standards.Experience working within a production environment Ability to work to deadlines and organise own workloadAbility to use initiative and take appropriate decisions in the absence of management.Good attention to detailFlexible approach to work patterns and working in all areas of the business
