Part of our Infrastructure and Specialist Markets business group which comprises Residential Development, Commercial Property & Development and Building Communities supported by Social Housing, Town Planners, Energy, Education and Infrastructure project specialists.

There may be opportunity to study towards CILEX/SQE as part of your ongoing development.
Your key duties will be: Providing paralegal support to the commercial property team, with exposure to general commercial property.
liaising with clients, and handling queries and enquiries where appropriate being responsible for and conducting all aspects of transactions drafting and producing forms and transactional documentation completing transactions to a high standard.
You will have: a minimum of 12 months' previous experience in a paralegal / fee earner role dealing with commercial property work experience within a commercial property team experience of using case management systems experience of land registration experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams Key competencies you will need: good attention to detail and accuracy good communication skills a keen desire to learn and enhance your existing skills a hands on approach to work with and be part of a wider team the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike the ability to manage time effectively and manage client demands and understand that we are delivering a service to sometimes demanding clients a desire to develop the knowledge and expertise of the team, as well as yourself Benefits, Agile Working and Additional information We embrace agile working and offer a blended approach to where and how we work.
