Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Paralegal to join our Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a paralegal or fee earner role dealing with commercial property work and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the commercial property team in preparing and reviewing documents, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct research and provide guidance on commercial property matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months' previous experience in a paralegal or fee earner role dealing with commercial property work.
  • Experience of using case management systems and land registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
