My client is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services.

Our HR professionals provide a full range of services including human capital planning; creating strategies to attract, develop and reward employees; promoting a diverse workforce; fostering employee engagement; designing competitive pay and benefit plans; and proactively addressing employee matters.
The EMEA HR Employee Solutions (ES) team supports the HR Business Partner function by completing and contributing to a number of operational and advisory processes.
We execute this by understanding requirements, collaborating with HR stakeholders on processes and policies and working closely with our HR Service Centres.
Key Responsibilities: * The specific responsibilities of the role will include assisting in coordinating activities surrounding employee relations, performance management, compensation, people metrics and talent management.
* Termination Support * International Mobility * Flexible Working Arrangements * Performance Evaluation Process Support * Reporting and Metrics * Compensation and Promotion Cycle Support * Payroll Query Support * HR Governance and Project Support * Act as first point of contact for general queries from employees and the Business * Manage high volume of emails in centralised mailbox * Maintain and update the central HR database (Workday) and various other systems, as well as the teams own process tracking tools * Support Senior HR Business Partners with ad hoc tasks and queries * Maintain strong relationships with HRBP counterparts regionally and globally * Remain up to date on all aspects of UK employment legislation * At the onset of the role, responsibilities will be focused on operational items.
* As the ES team grows and evolves over time, we anticipate the team to take on more complex responsibilities in the future, including: Performance Management Support?

Employee Relations Support Requirements: * The successful candidate will have a good HR foundation and be able to demonstrate the ability operate across the full range of HR disciplines.
Must be able to work effectively with employees at all levels across the business.
This role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of HR processes across all Business * Proven junior HR Business Partner experience (2-3 years of experience preferred).
