As a Business Development Manager at BMS Performance, the core function of your role will be to win new client relationships and then retain and grow them into long lasting recruitment and training partnerships.
As a Business Development Manager you will be supported with a great tech stack including Salesforce, LinkedIn Insights and Cognism to help identify prospects that meet our customer profile as well as being provided with data too.
As a sales person within our business you will create and nurture relationships with Sales Directors, VP's of Sales, HR Directors and Internal Talent Functions to fully understand their business, recruitment needs and on going talent strategy.
