What does success look like As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with our experiential retail pillars Community & Connection Memorable Moments and Inspiration & Innovative You will thrive in delivering a world class experience like no other ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions leading a centre of innovation and experimentation Execute tattoos with precision showcasing the finesse of our fine line designs and ensuring a high standard of artistry. Establish a personal connection with customers actively listening to their preferences and providing a customised and memorable experience. Strong presence on the shop floor actively sharing your expertise The ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sensitive/sentimental appointments Thoroughly keeping on top of the hygiene & cleanliness of your studio as well as managing piercing supplies for your store What would you like from me A values champion and brand ambassador our values must resonate deeply with you This role is suitable for any Tattoo Artistswith at least 2 years experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with teams at all levels Youre always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have What we do for you: 16 p/h commission A chance to be part of something big & growing and to make a real impact on peoples journeys A supportive and collaborative team thats always ready to cheer you on Opportunities to grow learn and stretch yourself in ways you never thought possible.
