Whatdoes success look like?

• As a leaderin your field you will consistently deliver an experience alignedwith our experiential retail pillars - Community &Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration &Innovative
• You will thrive in delivering aworld class experience like no other, ensuring the customer is atthe heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation andexperimentation
• Execute tattoos withprecision, showcasing the finesse of our fine line designs andensuring a high standard of artistry.
• Establish a personal connection with customers, activelylistening to their preferences and providing a customised andmemorable experience.
• Strong presence on theshop floor, actively sharing your expertise
• The ability to be adaptable and genuine in moresensitive/sentimental appointments
• Thoroughlykeeping on top of the hygiene & cleanliness of your studio,as well as managing piercing supplies for your store

• This role is suitable for anyTattoo Artists with at least 2 years experience in a studiolooking for that next step in their journey
• You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspirethe people around you
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams atall levels
• You're always looking for a betterway to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do andevery conversation you have
