You will be buying properties throughout the UK all from warm leads and joining one of the hottest property teams in Manchester – big on results, big on bonus and big on celebrating success

My client is launching a new team – we already have a couple of team members and need a couple more to complete the team.

So what do you need to join them? A real love of sales – good at understanding and communicating with people. Able to handle a high volume of calls. Good at getting the deal over the line. Used to hitting and exceeding targets. Wanting to earn big bonuses and be at the top of the Leader Board. So if you are good at sales and want to get into property sales this is the role for you.

What is the job? Conduct friendly and thorough phone consultations with clients who are looking to sell their properties. Create offers that match up with business revenue goals. Finalise deals by getting the green light to purchase customers properties. Work closely with the sales progression team to ensure the smooth sale of the property. What will you need to succeed? A keen interest in working within a sales environment, where you can capitalize on an uncapped commission structure. The ability to handle pressure effectively within a target-driven setting. Professional phone etiquette. What do you get in return? Monday to Friday working with 1 Saturday in 4. OTE £50-60K – everyone else is – so why not you Monthly incentives. Career Development.
