Due to a new sales project and continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Telesales Consultant to join our highly successful Sales Team at Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers. The role is Hybrid with an OTE £28k

- Conveyancing Direct seeks to facilitate property sales and purchases with the provision of a professional service which is as transparent and brief as possible.

**Who are we looking for?**
- An experienced Telesales/Lead generation Consultant who will support our estate agency network to drive increased sales through missed opportunities, referrals, and other direct revenue streams.
- An individual who is comfortable in a telephone-based role, hard-working and resilient, and who will thrive in an independent and commission-driven environment.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will be contacting prospects who are selling and/or buying property and selling them our industry-leading conveyancing service.
- In order to secure an instruction you will be rapport building, objection handling, and pitching the features and benefits of CDPL and Home Conveyancing - following a loose call script.
- Fact-finding and information-gathering as to provide an accurate quotation based on both client and transaction details.
- Managing your own lead sheet and diary as to ensure follow up calls completed and accurate reporting of lead outcomes.
- You will also be dealing with some warmer leads received via website channels and calls in.
- Potential for further growth via B2B appointment setting to grow our direct introducer base and handling their referrals; building relationships and lead generation activity.
- Covering other Sales Team lead sources where needed.
