Within the role you will develop relationships to promote retention and loyalty for Kineo's key accounts becoming a trusted advisor.
You will help to drive revenue and build on the existing customer base whist identifying any opportunities to upsell where possible.
You will also proactively manage the contract renewal process, reviewing anniversary milestones, preparing and delivering customer call cycle and engagement plans.
You will work closely with teams across the organisation, collaborating with the service desk, product teams, dev ops and other product experts.
About youWe are looking for previous Account Management experience.Ideally you will have worked within a technical discipline and have worked within a software services or development environment.Previous knowledge of Learning Management Systems will be desirable but is not essential.You must have worked within an account management role previously with demonstrated ability to articulate tailored solutions for customers and provide exceptional customer service levels at all times.
You will need to be confident in communicating with customers and internal teams and possess strong financial and commercial acumen.
