Job Description Salary: Up to £60k OTE (Uncapped) Location: Leeds, UK Teem is a leading headhunting firm specializing in Go-to-Market (GTM) roles for Software Scale-ups.

Your Role: As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Teem.
You'll connect with potential clients, build relationships, and generate leads for our team of recruiters.
What You'll Do: Research and identify potential clients in the software industry.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with prospects.
Qualify leads and assess their needs for talent acquisition.
Schedule meetings and introduce prospects to our services.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client acquisition.
