Flourish Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant (TA) to work in various Primary Schools in Gloucester on a temporary, part time basis.
This role would be perfect for a student undertaking Undergraduate Teacher Training and who would like some extra income and additional paid school experience during their degree.

The Teaching Assistant role (TA): • Building trusting relationships with the pupils • Contribute to an safe, engaging and positive learning environment • Work closely with the class teacher • Potentially conduct small group work when needed Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant (TA) role: • Minimum Level 2 Qualification • Good curriculum knowledge of either Early years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Experience working in Nurseries or Primary Schools • A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months • A minimum of 2 excellent references Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant (TA) you will receive: • Competitive Salary – Day rate up to £90.00 which equates up to £17,550 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year • Your own dedicated Consultant • £100 welcome to the team bonus paid automatically after working 10 days • Pension Contributions • The option of PAYE and Umbrella • Holiday Pay – for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 12.07% of your day rate • Free KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse • Refer a Friend bonus scheme • Regular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work You will be working in various primary schools across Walsall and the schools are easily commutable from all areas including Great Barr, Sutton Coldfield, Bilston, Tipton and Cannock.
