Flourish Education are recruiting a Class Teacher to work on a full-time and long-term basis in a large three-form entry, recently rated Good by Ofsted Primary School located in Walsall.
Our client is looking to recruit a Class Teacher to work in Year 5 where you will be responsible for planning, delivering and marking students work in line with the school policy.
As a Year 5 Class Teacher at our Client's school, you will teach English every day and cover a Reception Class for 1 hour every Friday.
In the afternoons you will be asked to cover PPA time across the school and you will also be allocated your own PPA time.
Due to our client being a 3-form entry school, PPA time will be allowed to be conducted at home to help reate a better work/life balance.
Our client is looking for a Class Teacher who has strong behaviour management skills and good general classroom management.
This Class Teacher role is due to start in January and last until the end of the academic year, with the potential of turning into a permanent position.
To apply for this Class Teacher role, you will need: Experience in teaching either KS1 or KS2 Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills Commitment to the role Create a positive learning environment A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement Working for Flourish Education as a Class Teacher you will receive: A competitive salary of up to £223.62 per day which equates to £43,605.90 per annum based on working 5 days per week.
The option of PAYE or Umbrella Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 12.07% of your day rate Pension Contributions Free Safeguarding Level 1, Prevent and FGM training KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse Refer a Friend bonus scheme Regular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work £100 welcome to the team bonus Your own dedicated consultant who will spend time getting to know you to ensure you are placed in schools that you will thrive in Free on-going CPD opportunities The school is in Walsall area which is easily accessible from Wolverhmapton, Willenhall, Dudley, Wednesbury and Darlaston.
