Flourish Education are currently recruiting an English Teacher for an Ofsted-rated GOOD Secondary School in Walsall.
This exciting opportunity is perfect for a passionate Secondary Teacher who thrives on inspiring students and delivering excellent lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
The role is full-time, starting immediately, and will run until the end of the academic year.
Job Role As an English Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.
Planning, marking, and assessing students' work in line with school policies.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a productive learning environment.
Working collaboratively with the school's dedicated staff to support student progress.
Inspiring individual and group performance with excellent subject knowledge.
Ensuring all teaching meets the expectations of the National Curriculum.
Required Skills and Experience We are looking for a qualified Secondary Teacher with: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
Excellent subject knowledge in English.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 students.
A passion for education and inspiring young minds.
