Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we're looking for a Fleet and Facilities Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of the fleet and facilities department.
Ensuring that our partners and delivering on their contracted service levels to achieve the departments key targets and objectives.
This is fast paced role with stakeholders across the business and many external suppliers.

Here's why you'll love this role… Support ongoing fleet management, reactive and proactive activities supporting all aspects of procurement, mid term support and disposal You will manage the 3rd parties who provide fleet, waste management, cleaning etc Demonstrate a high level of security awareness and have knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures and Health & Safety Assisting with office maintenance and moves and other general ad hoc projects requiring facilities support You will proactively work towards promoting a sense of pride in the facility function Here's why you'll be great in this role… You have history and confidence in managing fleet and facilities Managing 3rd parties is not something you shy away from and have experience in You know the importance of ensuring contractors attending site are logged and have the correct documentation There is lots going on, so being able to multi task and prioritise is essential You are a self starter and proactive with your approach This is a full time role, based at our Willerby site.
We have been busy updating our benefits as we grow.
So now we have up to 5 additional days off a year – 2 days for charity work, a day off if you get married or move house and you get your birthday off
