Closing Date16/12/2024Job Title: Field Performance Manager- Waste Water NetworkLocation: Ford- Field based role covering West Sussex- driving licence essentialContract Type: PermanentHours: 37 hoursSalary: Up to £51,000 per annum depending on skills and experience plus a business needs carThere has never been a better time to join our organisation as we build towards a greener future, tackling climate change, minimising our environmental impact and reducing our carbon footprint.As a Field Performance Manager (FPM) you will be joining our Wastewater Network Team who play a vital part in the frontline of our day-to-day operations, focussed on protecting the environment and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to our customers.You will be responsible for managing a team of highly skilled Wastewater Process Operators, to maintain, and operate wastewater Pumping Stations, within in the West Sussex area.The role will give you exposure to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited, to Process Operations, Mechanical and Electrical technicians, ICA Technicians, H&S Advisors, The Environment Agency and Environmental Health.
This extensive range of stakeholders will provide a challenging but rewarding opportunity for an ambitious Field Performance Manager to help us deliver significant environmental improvements and renewable power generation, which is vital for the local community and best value to our customers.
No two days are the same, you will enjoy working outdoors, in a fast paced and high-pressured environmentPrior experience in the Water Utilities industry, and an understanding of the Wastewater Network process would be advantageous but is not essential.
We would welcome applications from candidates outside of the sector, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas.
This role has a focus on teamwork, communication, and performance management.
