An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a dynamic team, representing one of our valued clients.
This role offers the chance to manage key financial and administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accounting books and records.
Monitor treasury activities and prepare forecasts.
Reconcile financial statements.
Process supplier payments and manage billing.
Oversee client collections.
Handle monthly and annual accounting closings.
Prepare financial reports for internal review.
Support external audits by providing required information.
Ensure compliance with tax obligations.
Perform payroll processing and new hire administration.
Address general administrative needs, including back-office and warehouse-related tasks.
Requirements: Analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
High proficiency in Excel and financial analysis.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
2–4 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
A degree in Accounting/Finance or full AAT qualification.
Experience with SAP FI and CO modules.
Demonstrated discretion and professionalism under pressure.
