As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Premium Sales to join their leadership team.
As the Head of Premium Sales, you will be part of a growing a high-performing team focused on premium membership, hospitality, and corporate sales.
Your role will be pivotal in driving the sales strategy for exclusive VIP packages, premium ticketing, and bespoke hospitality services across a diverse range of events.
You will work closely with senior leadership to align sales efforts with broader business goals and enhance the organisation's premium offerings.
In leading the Premium sales function key responsibilities include: Lead the strategy and execution of premium sales initiatives across various sports, entertainment, and event offerings.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs Secure and host regular face to face meetings with HNWIs and companies Create pricing strategies that maximise revenue opportunities across Premium assets Identify potential new revenue streams, producing business plans and proposals for new business opportunities Drive new business development, expand existing client portfolios, and maximise revenue streams.
