This position is responsible for preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes and preparing monthly management accounts.
About the role: • Act as a financial business partner to the commercial team to ensure accurate and realistic budgeting and forecasting • Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas of improvement • Multi-skill with other areas of the finance team to ensure we have cover for all roles Key Accountabilities of the role:- Financial Reporting and Analysis • Assist in the preparation of the commercial annual budgets and monthly forecasts • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual commercial reports for circulation to the leadership team • Prepare monthly management accounts for two business units • Support the commercial sales teams, adding insight and challenge to the budgeting • Monitor and report on budget performance, providing insights and recommendations • Collaborate with the sales, marketing and operations teams to prepare detailed costings About You : Working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Food manufacturing experience Highly numerate and literate High level of attention to detail Excellent Excel and IT skills The Company: Noble Foods is a family-owned company which began in 1920 and includes successful milling, poultry, agriculture, and consumer foods businesses.
