Main duties of the job To support the operational day to day running of the service including the design and implementation of systems and processes to achieve this, in particular:· To monitor and co-ordinate all medical / nursing rotas across the Directorate· To co-ordinate, log and monitor all types of leave for medical/ nursing staff· To act as the first point of contact for issues relating to Junior Doctors or nurses (e.g.
