****MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN UMBRELLA PAYROLL SECTOR**** I'm currently recruiting on behalf of multiple FCSA Umbrella Payroll Companies across the country that are looking for experienced Business Development Managers within the payroll sector.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities with recruitment agencies/end client Advise agencies/clients on how to be compliant Support agencies/end clients with IR35 Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand Maintain existing business Experience 1+ years' prior industry related business development experience with umbrella payroll sector Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Proven knowledge/experience of advising on IR35 or any payroll compliance Must have valid driving license
