Job Summary: We are on the lookout for a creative, forward-thinking, and organized marketing manager to join our team.
In this role, you will contribute to and lead marketing strategies that build our brand, drive our business objectives, and reinforce the core brand pillars.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy across all the locations, ensuring brand consistency and a unified company voice.
2.
Create location-specific campaigns while maintaining an overarching brand narrative, adjusting marketing efforts based on each site's unique customer base and community.
3.
Analyze market trends, synthesizing feedback from all locations, to recommend comprehensive changes to marketing and business development strategies.
4.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities across all sites, and manage the company's marketing budget effectively, ensuring a solid return on investment.
5.
Establish relationships within local communities surrounding each location, building partnerships that enhance brand visibility and community integration.
6.
Regular travel between the three sites to ensure consistent application of the marketing strategies, and to understand the unique needs and dynamics of each locations 7.
